Refund policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. However, promotional items and end-of-sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.


Return Requirements  

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and packaging are intact for a smooth return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs  

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.


Refund Process  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your account. There are no restocking fees.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
